About Us

Wendy began her career with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science, working as a computer programmer for 12 years. After having her first son, she wanted work that felt more meaningful—something fulfilling, people-focused, and flexible for her family. Her love for her own permanent eyeliner and lip color inspired her to pursue cosmetic tattooing.

With her naturally steady hand, Permanent Cosmetics was a perfect fit. She completed her initial training in 2006 in Orange County, California, followed by an apprenticeship in Georgia with industry pioneer Pat Connell. Wendy had her own permanent eyeliner and lip color done by Pat in her twenties, an experience that deeply boosted her confidence and ignited her passion for the craft. For Wendy, this work is far more than a career—it’s a calling. She’s a perfectionist who genuinely wants the best for every client.

Even after 20 years, Wendy continues to learn, taking advanced training courses often to refine her techniques. Permanent Makeup is her passion, and she loves adding color and confidence to her clients’ lives through brows, eyeliner, and lip color.

Since beginning her career in 2006, clients have traveled from Columbus, Newnan, Peachtree City, LaGrange, Atlanta, Albany, Opelika, and Auburn to see her—some even journeying from Savannah and flying in from New York for Permanent Cosmetics by Wendy.
